WARRANTY
In keeping with routine and prudent application, wheel covers created by Rotari™ carry a warranty against STRUCTURAL DEFECTS in material, provided the ORIGINAL owner/purchaser continues to possess the wheel covers. Under conventional and judicious usage, wheel covers crafted by Rotari™ are warranted against anomalies in craftsmanship or materials to the ORIGINAL owner/purchaser for a duration of thirty (30) days from the point of acquisition.
This warranty is strictly confined to the replacement, at Rotari™'s singular discretion, of wheel covers deemed to be defective and encompassed within this warranty. Expenses related to installation, transportation, or loss of use fall outside the coverage of this warranty. Accessories, if discovered to bear defects in workmanship or materials within the warranty period of the wheel cover, shall be replaced. However, it is important to emphasize that this warranty does not extend to the replacement of wheel covers due to flaws originating from accessories. Please note that Replacement constitutes the final exchange under the existing warranty. Once a Replacement is provided, the warranty for the purchased accessory concludes, and no further claims can be made against it. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and confidence in our products, and this warranty aims to provide you with a hassle-free experience while using our accessories.
Warranty claims must be processed through the original dealer or distributor that the wheels were purchased from.
THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO:
· Wheel covers NOT purchased from an authorized dealer.
· Any damage or defect attributable to abuse, misuse, neglect, or accident. Any damage or defect caused by racing or off-road use, or by road hazard impact.
· Wheel covers that have been altered, tampered with, or modified.
· Wheel covers installed with spacers or adapters.
· Wheel covers fitted with incorrect tire sizes or used under excessive vehicle loads.
· Corrosion or cosmetic flaws on wheel covers occurring post-purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climatic conditions, or neglect.
· Pitting or discoloration on the chrome of the wheel cover due to insufficient maintenance.
· Blemishes, peeling, or discoloration on the inner side of the wheel cover.
· Fading or discoloration of chrome or painted accent accessories due to exposure to harsh elements.
· Appearance flaws or defects on wheel covers that have already been mounted.
· Wheel covers damaged during shipping or handling. Inspect all shipments and immediately notify the shipping company if any products are damaged. Claims for shipping damage must be initiated with the delivery carrier.
The Rotari™ Warranty is only valid for the original consumer/purchaser, conditional upon the return of the wheel cover to the authorized dealer from whom it was procured, with freight prepaid and provision of proof of purchase. It must be noted that this Warranty does not extend to expenses incurred in the removal or installation of the product.
